Returns and refund policy: Thank you for your purchase from UNAUTHORIZED The terms on refunds and returns are as follows. Goods purchased may be returned within 14 days of purchase. The item must be accompanied by the invoice/receipt upon return. The item/s must be in original conditions or have a clear defect where applicable. Where a return for exchange is not suitable a refund will be credited in the same form of payment method that was received. Shipped Goods: If you wish to exchange an item you may do so within 14 days of receiving it, a refund will be provided if the refund conditions above are met.
